Short-listed candidates for the full-time job will be able to provide accurate, reliable, and confidential medical transcription services in the pursuit of quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Transcribe medical dictations, diagnostic reports, and clinical notes accurately.
• Edit and proofread reports to make sure the medical terminologies applied are correct, and also verify the format.
• Ensure confidentiality of patients' information and medical records.
• Timely report delivery according to the internal quality standards.
• Coordinate with doctors and other clinical teams on clarification and corrections.
• Organize and maintain transcription records and files

Candidate Profile

• Diploma or certification in Medical Transcription preferred
• Prior experience in a hospital or diagnostic Centre is an advantage
• Good command of the English language (written and verbal)
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and team-oriented
