Refund and Cancellation Policy
Molecular Diagnostics and Therapy strives to provide the best service to our patients. Due to the specialized nature of our tests, especially those involving radiopharmaceuticals, our refund and cancellation policies are designed to ensure fairness while managing the high costs and time sensitivity of these procedures.
Cancellation Policy
Advances may be forfeited if appointments are missed or if cancellation is not received within the required timeframe.
Cancellation Timeline:
- ▪ PET-CT Studies (18F-FDG / 18F-PSMA): Cancellation must be done before 8 PM one day prior to the appointment.
- ▪ Therapies (Lutetium-177 / I-131): Cancellation must be submitted at least 5 working days before the scheduled appointment.
Refund Process
Timeline: Eligible refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
Refunds will be issued via NEFT, UPI, or original payment source. Cash refunds are generally not permitted for online payments.
