Corporate Health Camp at Parle Agro, Meerut Road, Ghaziabad: Supporting Workplace Wellness Through Preventive Healthcare

In a comprehensive Corporate Health Camp, which was successfully carried out by Molecular Diagnostics and Therapy at the Parle Agro, Meerut Road, Ghaziabad, on 15th and 16th May, the following were carried out: Over 300+ employees participated and got themselves vital preventive health checks during the two-day event, helping to spread the message on the need for regular health screenings in the workplace.

About This Initiative

Employee health is crucial to a productive and positive workplace. To ensure that preventive health measures are accessible to people, Molecular Diagnostics and Therapy conducted a large-scale corporate health camp for Parle Agro employees. The aim was to promote early recognition of potential health issues, routine checks, and awareness of the quality diagnostic services available on site.

The camp was held at Parle Agro on Meerut Road, Ghaziabad, over the course of two days and aimed at providing a convenient, efficient, and reliable health screening to the employees without hindering their work schedule. The event attracted over 300+ employees and was well-received, demonstrating the increasing understanding of preventative healthcare by employees.

The camp included a wide range of essential health assessments to provide a broad overview of each participant's health status. Services provided were: Complete Blood Count (CBC), Blood Group Testing, Digital X-ray, Electrocardiogram (ECG), Audiometry (Hearing Test), Pulmonary Function Test (PFT), and Eye Check-up. The investigations were used for assessing general health, respiratory (lung) function, heart function, vision and hearing status, and various other factors of health importance that are not assessed in a normal checkup.

This innovative approach of delivering diagnostic services right to the workplace enabled everyone to have critical screening tests that could be accessed conveniently and provided beneficial information about one's health. Being detected early, when someone can get medical help in time and make informed lifestyle decisions, helps ensure things do not get worse.
