This test measures the free fraction of T3 & T4 hormones. Free fraction is the fraction which is not bound to proteins and is free for reaction. FT3 & FT4 are important in patients of hypoproteinemia and / or hyperproteinemia.
Fasting preferred.
2 ml. (1 ml. Minimum) blood Serum.
