Dr. Disha Mehta is the Quality Head and NABH Coordinator at Molecular Diagnostics and Therapy, with more than two years of experience in the field of healthcare quality management. She has a strong background in clinical medicine and healthcare administration, and her contributions to the organisation are immense, as she is the key to ensuring that the quality standards are high.

She has practical experience in quality assurance and accreditation procedures and has been working in close coordination with the NABH leadership and quality teams. Dr. Disha Mehta has been actively involved in the implementation and monitoring of major healthcare standards such as NABH, NABH Emergency Standards, NABL, and NMC. Her role includes internal audits, support for corrective and preventive actions, and analysis of quality indicator data.

Dr. Disha Mehta has also been involved in the successful navigation of healthcare organizations through various regulatory inspections in coordination with the clinical teams, management, and all concerned teams. Her structured and process-driven approach supports operational efficiency, risk management, and consistent quality performance. In addition, she also supports the leadership in administrative planning and quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of service delivery.

Academically, Dr. Disha Mehta has done her MBBS from Bharati Vidyapeeth University Medical College, Pune, and further did her Master of Health Care Administration from Purdue University Global, USA, with highest honours. At Molecular Diagnostics and Therapy, Dr. Disha Mehta continues to make her contributions through her leadership in quality systems, accreditation readiness, and improvement programs to ensure the commitment of the organisation to safe, compliant, and high-quality healthcare services.
