Mr. Neeraj Gupta is the Vice President - Nuclear Medicine & Growth at Molecular Diagnostics and Therapy. He has more than 26 years of broad and diverse leadership experience specializing in business growth, operational excellence, and strategic expansion in healthcare, diagnostics, hospitals, and healthcare technology, among other areas. 

Mr. Neeraj Gupta has consistently led large-scale healthcare operations, grown multi-location healthcare networks, and led business transformations across leading healthcare organizations throughout his career. He has knowledge across multiple fields of healthcare operations, business development, strategic planning, P&L management, and organizational development with excellence, leading towards sustainable performance and operational efficiency for institutions.  

He also has experience working for various prestigious healthcare organizations, significantly contributing to their operations, strategic thinking with their innovative businesses, and the growth of healthcare services across India. He embodies the quality and excellence expected from his leadership, as well as an interest in the development of new working groups and staff by enhancing access to quality healthcare. 

A key strategic priority at Molecular Diagnostics and Therapy is the further development of his vision to grow and build effective high-end healthcare diagnostic services and boost operational efficiency, while delivering patient-centric and widely accessible, quality care for people, communities and patients nationwide.
