About X-Ray Left Arm AP & Lateral Views

X-RAY Left arm AP & LATERAL is a special radiograph that takes 2 images of the left upper arm (humerus). The Anteroposterior (AP) view is a frontal picture, and the Lateral view is a side view. Combined, these views give a thorough examination of the humerus, shoulder area, and elbow area, as well as the adjacent bones. Molecular Diagnostics and Therapy applies the latest digital radiography technologies to ensure high resolution during imaging and accurate diagnoses of arm injury and orthopedic ailments.

What is an X-Ray Left Arm AP & Lateral Views?

An X-Ray Left Arm AP & Lateral Views is an imaging exam that assesses the left upper arm bones and does not cause discomfort or pain, and is quick and painless. The AP and lateral views provide views from different perspectives to aid the doctor in determining bone alignment, fractures, bone abnormalities, and evaluating dislocation. This exam is often performed in those who have pain, injury, swelling in their arm, or decreased movement of the arm.
