RGU is a special X-Ray procedure done to study the urethra i.e., the terminal part of your urinary passage, to look for any abnormalities like stricture (narrowing) etc. It is usually done in males.

You may be asked to remove some clothing and change it into a gown for the exam. Remove jewellery, metallic objects, or clothing that might interfere with the x-ray images.
You may be asked to empty your bladder before the test.
