  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the right foot and ankle. Remove footwear, socks, anklets, toe rings, or any metallic objects from the right foot before the examination.
  • Inform the radiographer if you are pregnant or suspect you may be pregnant, as X-rays involve ionising radiation.
  • Bring your doctor's referral along with any previous X-rays, CT scans, MRI scans, or orthopedic imaging reports of the foot or ankle for comparison.
  • Continue taking your regular medications unless your doctor advises otherwise.
